Security & Payments

A minimum upfront payment is required to begin any project.
Remaining payments must be completed as per the agreed milestones.
Delayed payments may result in project pauses or delivery delays.
All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revision & Changes
We offer a limited number of revisions as discussed during project onboarding.
Any additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges and extended timelines.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
Provide clear briefs, content, and necessary assets on time
Communicate feedback promptly
Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
Delays from the client’s end may impact project timelines.
Intellectual Property
Final deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies.
Any concepts not selected or unpaid remain our intellectual property.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not share sensitive data with third parties without consent.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services. While we aim to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales or revenue.
Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
Work completed up to the termination point will be billed accordingly.
No refunds will be issued for work already delivered.
